Quality Control Manager
Project: BRC Certification.
Development of new products.
Responsibilities
* Coordination, laboratory analysis and management of product and process controls (olive fermentation,
packaging, supplies, customer complaints, among others)
* Monitors analytical and chemical testing procedures throughout the plant.
* Management of internal and external audits (customer and third party audits)
* Reviews and maintains all procedures, forms and documents that comprise the Quality System of the company.
* Approval of suppliers
* Implementation of actions to meet customer requirements (90% American customers)

* Development of new products, specifications for inputs and new product composition formulas.
* Monitoring and management of the corresponding national and international legal standards for the different
products and destinations. (FDA, USDA, CODEX, CAA)
* Preparation and management of the quality management system documentation and training in laboratory
equipment (moisture analyzer, microscope, glass materials, oil analyzer).
* Training of the team in HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRC, Food Defense.
* Maintains and reviews all HACCP, Food Defense and Recall plans.
* Maintains company compliance for any new FDA, CODEX and any Regulatory Requirements.
* Manages internal GMP and others audit programs.
* Manages Organic, Kosher and Gluten-Free Certifications and supporting programs.
* Administers third-party testing programs for ingredients and finished good to meet HACCP plan requirements.
* Management of quality staff (8 people).
* Development, management and training in all the procedures, sanitation plans, GMP and all the schedule for the
production team (82 people)
