Description: Incident management team works on Incidents raised by production and preproduction
monitoring team during failure of daily loads, Requests raised by Onsite team to perform Adhoc
activities, Preparation of Quality check list for the weekend activities, Follows the SLA and
reaching the average KPI of 95% in IM and RM resolution.
Role:
* Involved in analysis and resolution of tickets.
* Performed re-initialization of business area in case of inconsistency in data targets.
* Carried out pre-manual and post manual actions for transports.
* Created and modified process chains.
* Monitored incidents like invalid characters, Time limit exceeded, Key value exist, SID Error, etc.
* Worked on performance aspects like deactivation & initial filling of aggregates, data package size adjustments, etc.
* Edited data in PSA as required and Reconstruct the data requests from PSA in case of data load failure.
* Attended market calls regarding the issues in the Data loads whenever required.
