Reporting to the Director of Computing, led a €1M global digital transformation program over 2 years to introduce IaaS and PaaS across 25 countries. Managing a team of 5 consultants, 15 cross-functional service delivery managers and 3 IT business partners from T-Systems, HCL & ITC Infotech. Presented benefits realisation of IaaS and PaaS solutions to business teams addressing customer challenges and CX, while presenting financial analysis and management reports to C-level and senior managers across APAC, EMEA and AMER.
Consulted on the recovery of the Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager implementation workstream (SCCM) covering over 1200 servers and 9000+ endpoints across 141 locations worldwide to support Windows 10 deployment.
Spearheaded multiple digital workstreams leading both small and large multi-disciplinary business and technical teams including several IT Partners. Executing change management to achieve corporate targets while supervising stakeholder engagement for each.
