Why Hanspeter?
I always implement most advanced React concepts in my projects.
- I strongly insist on highly reusable and scalable codebase via my projects, in other words, Strong DRY principle, which will finally decrease the CI/CD cost. For this, I always enjoy using Higher Order Components to cover the reusable logic and prefer to use typescript to keep up with fast development by revealing common errors in development process.
- I also strongly pay attention to the selected coding style guide across any project to keep up with persistency among all the team members.
-In terms of middlewares, I am experienced in Redux-Saga and Redux-thunk, but I prefer to use Redux-Saga.
- In terms of UI Libraries, I am familar with Material UI but currently, love to use Ant Design.
- I mostly write tests. First, unit testing and then E2E testing. Here, the most important factor is well organized and planned testing design. I never imagine good testing apart from well planned testing design. The design should include all the feactures that each component has and also cover the application-level functional features for E2E testing.Project Management)
I am kind of addicted to work environment under Jira scrum board. In scrum board management, I say, moving to right fast is really cool, however, sometimes, feeling the pain of moving to left is necessary for the scrum team(of course, it only happens in kanban board but in some cases, scrum boad also). I prefer weekly scrum meeting rather than daily one, that means, I like qualified communication rather than quantified. In terms of ordinary communication, I highy insist on text-oritented chant on $lack for good reminding.- The most important) I am not distracted in my business as well as in my life. I always focus on what I am doing now and I try to know what I am doing.
