Project history

10/2017 - 05/2019
Associate Software Engineer
C3Healthcare Rx

* In collaboration with the rest of the development team, we develop and maintain our healthcare management system
- C3lx (a Node.js app, with a MySQL back-end and bootstrap front-end). I mostly develop the back-end but move across
the entire stack depending on requirements.
* Manage IT projects and come up with implementation road maps for the company. My most recent project was migration
from AWS to our own servers which I currently manage - network, virtual machines and operating systems.
* Manage IT related operations. We hired an IT company to deal with tier 1 and 2 tech support which I'm also in charge
of. I have also developed server side analytical tools to help me with this.
* Design and implement analytical tools. One of my major projects involved collecting and analyzing the entire company's
data and coming up with workbooks for the board (used Alteryx and Tableau). I also came up with tools that run on all
our servers for security vulnerabilities.
* Develop management and security policies (both C3lx and our domains (Active Directory, Azure AD and MDM).

05/2014 - 06/2017
Software Developer
Wilson Synchrotron Lab

* Slashed the manual data entry and calculations by two weeks in the lab payroll system by developing a Financial Automation
and Tracking system and web-apps (JSP and Servlet based with a JSF, JavaScript, HTML and CSS web user
interface). The system, LLJV, facilitated allocation of funds to projects in the lab, payment of workers per project(s)
worked on and converting all that information into the format used by the Cornell Payroll System (Kronos).
* Built a modern relational database - Numo. Numo, through its web application interface, made it much easier for
researchers to organize, save and search their scientific/research documents and drawings.
* Developed a JSP and Servlet based web application (with a JSF, JavaScript, HTML and CSS web user interface) inventory
checkout system for hardware and spare-parts at the lab which helped keep track of inventory at the lab and automatically
notified managers when supplies were running low and needed replenishing.
* Tracked and fixed bugs, re-factored the code and redesigned the interface for increased efficiency and maintainability
of Numo, LLJV and Cesr-Spare Parts.
* Effectively integrated version control using git and svn in all the projects which ensured easy maintainability
* Proactively created Python programs to automate the tracking, analysis and troubleshooting of Linux servers and filesystems
at the lab.

09/2014 - 10/2016
Co-founder and Lead Engineer
PicSwitch Technologies

* Worked closely with the CEO to supervise and guide the software development team, proposed technical feasibility
solutions for new functional designs of applications that kept costs low while keeping quality and performance high.
* Spearheaded the company by developing the prototype that we first presented to potential investors, writing the software
architecture design, was the main back-end developer and collaborated in building and maintaining the PicSwitch
mobile applications (Android and iOS) and the company website.
* Increased productivity and improved the company culture by suggesting and implementing a new work environment
that cut down meeting times and gave team members more responsibility over their work using task management
and collaboration tools while working as the liaison between the business, marketing, graphic design and software
development teams.
* Made sure all the code and documentation was checked into version control using git.

09/2013 - 09/2014
Computer Lab Assistant
Cornell Law School

* Helped deploy and repair hardware, install and troubleshoot software, and helped users resolve technical issues.

C3Healthcare Rx Projects
* C3 Data Center We moved our servers from AWS to our own Data Center. In collaboration with the IT team, we developed
the network infrastructure, allocated virtual machines and operating systems (Windows and Linux).
* Domain Migration Migrated the entire company to Active Directory, designed, implemented and maintain the group
policies.
* C3 Pharmacies Deployed the hardware infrastructure (network, computers and Parata robots) for the C3 headquarters.
Was also involved in networking of the Richmond and San Francisco offices.
