Facilitated and drove joint-efforts between partners across academia, industry and public sectors.
Managed project-related personnel decisions, public communication efforts and reporting to EC.
* Defined technical concepts of Web/mobile apps that solve urban mobility problems defined by city
managers. Coordinating development efforts in collaboration with SMEs.
* Planned and executed three pilot projects in the cities of Porto, Cologne, and Trikala in areas
such as smart parking, smart bicycle route planning, and the reporting of road obstacles.
* Coordination, redaction and submission of a proposal on 'Edge Cloud Computing' to the European
Commision that sought funding up to 5 million for the consortium involved.
