Responsibilities:

* Involved in base line configuration for building the enterprise structure.
* Configured material types, Account groups and document types for procurement
documents.




* Configured release strategy for PR and PO with account assigned category.
* Configured domestic and import pricing procedure.
* Set up plant parameters for inventory management, tolerance limits on goods issues
and receipts.
* Configured output messages for purchase order
* Customized plant parameters for MRP for fixed lot generation for row materials.
* Configured ERS for preferred supplies.
* Handled subcontracting process including by products.
* Configured goods receipt and issue for all stock categories and special stocks and
change in stock types.
* Setup creation of outline agreements - scheduling (delivery/forecast delivery) and
contracts (Value/quantity based).
* Worked in MM- FI integration for automatic account determination.
* Worked on cutover activity for successfully migrating the master data and stock
through LSMW.
* Worked on PR to PO creating through background jobs.
* Worked on invoice park scenario for ERS.
* Involved in training document preparation and trained super users for procurement,
inventory management and invoice verification.
* Worked on partner function for goods supplier and invoicing party.
* Involved in UAT and resolved the issue based on time frame.
* Involved in post Go- Live support.
* Involved in knowledge transfer for support team.
