Spearheaded the development setup, kick-off and execution from day one for the new smartbroker+ product as iOS, AND and WEB app including a newly developed backend system as well as deep integration of middleware- and partner systems.
  • Product lead for the new smartbroker+ product development

  • Transforming a project-based design concept into a SaaS product backlog and successfully launching the first version to the market with existing customers & revenue from day one
