My job description entails monitoring systems operations and
administering Electrical engineering solutions, cooling/mechanical
engineering solutions, security solutions, and IT solutions to ensure
servers, hard drives, and other data center equipment function
efficiently and are available round clock 24/7/365
TECH/ CRITICAL FACILITY SUPPORT ENGINEER:

ROLE:
Provide the Data Enter Facility 100% AVAILABILITY to user
Manage Energy and reduce cost of running the facility
Provide first and Second level support to the facility
Perform System Administrative role the the system
Manage access and security of the facility
Perform and manage Change request for all supporting equipment
Perform service desk operation and ensure task are completed
daily
Perform all proactive measures and manage incident within the IDC
facility
Play a key role during system upgrade, decommission and
commissioning of hardware

Manage effectively Token and finger print driven ACU
Allocates IDs and create users for iDC access
Manage vendors and authorized iDC users
Provide strict control to iDC user and recording zero level tolerance
to intruders

Design policies and set corporate objectives
Oversee operations and business development models
Organize meetings with Directors
