About me:
I have a multi year background in global Supply Chain Management & Procurement as well as a background in innovation consulting where I worked as a coach for Design, Strategy, User Experience, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Furthermore, I held (co-founder) roles in multiple startups of which some raised venture capital funding.
I hold a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) ind Engineering & Management with a major in Supply Chain Management from the Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz (FHNW) and a Master's degree (M.Sc) in Entrepreneurship from the University college London (UCL).
Selected project experience:
Strategic Program Management for a startup:
Lead Strategic AI projects for a startup (£1M+ total volume). Setting up a finance department from scratch. Building and developing new products such as same-day delivery and sustainable fulfillment.
Strategic procurement for a major global retail company: End-to-end logistics procurement management, including RFIs/RFQs, Tender management, vendor selection and contract management. Performance & financial reporting and controlling for all global ocean transport related procurement activities.
Co-founding and building up of a transport & logistics startup: Startup development from idea to proof of concept including user testing & validation with multiple major Swiss transport companies. Successful fundraising of corporate venture capital investments for the startup from a Swiss logistics company.
Open Innovation, Startup-Ecosystem & Intrapreneurship: Consulting clients on Open Innovation, development of the Startup-Ecosystem (including initiatives) innovation programs of various clients in different industries, implementation and facilitation of workshops as part of Startup training and coaching.
Design thinking: Planning, execution and facilitation of Design Thinking workshops to support clients in the process of developing their ideas from ideation to prototyping.
