I am a very correct person, I pay a lot of attention to every detail of what I am doing, I love writting and correcting texts. I am responsible, dedicated and very good at learning new things. I have experience as a sales and customer service agent, both over the phone and chat support. I used to be a customer service representative for a company that provides cable, internet and telephone service, taking inboud calls in English and Spanish. I have done telemarketing and I also have experience teaching English. I have translated documents, advertisements and emails for an online platform that provided customer service for a trading platfom.
