Freelance Data Collector. This was a project of a few weeks.

Responsible for the Dutch market to obtain a Spanish NIE. For new house owners, students exchange programs
etc

* Is the main point of contact regarding content sourcing and versioning for the Director of Programming of
each cluster within a Brand group and its supporting departments;
* Manages all content related operations for international tent pole events;
* Monitors service performance and team output to ensure consistent quality in line with brand requirements;
* Works with Managers Channel Operations and Media Operations and TX Supervisors to ensure a smooth
collaboration throughout the departments;
* Actively drives the exchange of information on all matters relating to the content between the brand teams,
the International Content Management Team (ICM), Third Party Vendors and the IMM and across the regional
brand organizations;
* Anticipates operational requirements and challenges and works closely with the Brand and other IMM teams
to effectively support them;
* Acts as third level escalation whenever issues between Content Operations, Brand and/or other IMM or VIMN
departments occur;
* Identifies and manages efficiencies within the team and advises the brand organization on operational
matters;
* Identifies opportunities for innovation and initiates and/or executes projects to implement innovations
within the team;
* Manages all HR processes and policies within the team;
* Actively manages resources and people to maintain a healthy work environment, with a strong focus on
diversity and inclusion;




* Develops and maintains individual development plans for the staff and coaches team member as required;
* Provides operational support to department projects as required by the Senior Director, Head of Media Desk.

* Managing the day to day operations of the long form team
* Oversees the coordination of the localizations processes;
* Oversees the execution of brand priorities by ensuring that output complies with brand- and legal
requirements;
* Identifies analyzes and solves or flags (to the Line Manager) (structural) operational discrepancies and/or
problems in the workflows or processes within the sub team;
* Works closely with peers from the Brand and other teams, ensures the sub team is up-to-date on all required
information from the Brand and other IMM sub teams, and vice versa;
* Acts as second level escalation whenever issues between Content Operations, Brand and/or other IMM or
VIMN departments occur;

* Order and/or request various transmission materials (Included subtitles and ordering and coordinating
dubbing material for all regions where we air.
* Liaise with the acquisitions department to coordinate delivery of program material from International
suppliers
* Check incoming transmission materials
* Preparing transmission materials for encoding and/or transmission
