channel mobile service platform and integrated design system
- Designed high-level UI/UX patterns (which applied to all brands) within the context
of an Atomic design system
- Designed various elements of the new customer signup journey for mobile/desktop
across Telefonica's sub-brands like O2, Nettokom, and Whatsapp SIM
- Led initiatives to enhance design processes and integrate prototyping tools
- Led various Discovery projects to rework existing journeys and prepare new user flows for novel features and products.
- Led various design/component alignment projects to reduce inconsistencies and improve design work throughput.
