Role Description:
* Worked on Production support issues based on Data Model/Reporting queries.
* Worked on performance activities with respect to data loads by analyzing through ST03N, DB02 and also through SAP
Standard program ' / SSA/BWT'
* Worked on BI Accelerator (BIA-TREX Engine) load monitoring, solved performance issues and system maintenance activities
- Weekly, Monthly and Yearly
* Worked on Change requests that were more of new development like creating Info cubes, DSO, Info objects, Transformations
& DTP's. Involved in writing start routines and end routines. Also involved in creation of BeX reports, Web Reports and
publishing them in Portal by interacting with EP team
* Analyzed the data / functional issues in Finance - Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivables, Billings & Collections by working
directly with Client Finance Director
* Single handedly, own the CRM application - RTRAK Business reporting. This application captures the Sales, Opportunities,
Project Pipelines and applicable Bonuses for each stake holder involved in the pursuit. Built multiple SAP BW reports and
dashboard for the different stake holders as per the Business needs
* Worked on complex/critical issues and resolved indisputable issue for a Business user and got accolades from Client for the
exemplary work
Operational Expertise in SAP BW
* Leading Production releases every month, ensuring Financial reports are delivered to Business on time for every production
cycle
* Handling High Priority Incidents and Show stoppers for every Production release
* Lead 10 member team (BW, HANA & BODS) effectively to ensure the critical / show stoppers issues were addressed in order
not to disrupt the Client deliverables
* Handled daily data load to BW system from different applications to ensure the data availability for reporting is available to
Business users by 6 AM
* Communicated to every stake holders in an efficient way in case of unavailability of data so that end user activities were not
halted
