Project Specific Involvement:

Security Roles Project
Created new roles and customized all roles for the go live roll out. Out of the box roles give
access to setup parameters, which was required to be revoked in requirement gathering and created
separately for super users. Customized all roles for limited permissions on required tables such as
certain areas related to supplier and customers. Documenting process flows and user training.
Implementing Expenses
Configuration, testing and implementing of organization hierarchy for setting up automated workflows
for Expenses and Timesheets. Setting up worker and positions and mapping relevant accounts and
expenses for project validation by configuring Travel and Expenses, HR, Payroll and Project
Management & Accounting modules. Documenting process flows and user training.
Distribution and Logistics
Configuration, testing and implementation of Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing modules
as per the requirements captured from business stakeholders. Training users for product setup,
product release, new trade agreements, deliveries (direct/non-direct), returns and other operations
such as warehousing processes setup and stock management.
Integration of CRM and AX
Carried out number of workshops with key users of business to capture the requirements for
integrating SugarCRM with MS Dynamics AX2012 R3. Creation of process flow documents and
functional/technical specification documents for Quote to Order, Products and Product Bundle
synchronization, Customers and Contacts synchronization. Testing and training of the solution.

General responsibilities include, to:
* Assist in the successful implementation of Dynamics AX features using best practices.
* Assist and where possible advice on the best set-up of Dynamics AX.
* Conduct prioritizing sessions with key business stake holders.
* Define and deliver according to roadmaps for AX projects and BAU issues.
* Gain a good understanding of business requirements and help determine the best approach to
meet those objectives.
* Document business processes, gap analysis and functional design documents.
* Drive and complete simpler set up and configuration work as per designs.
* Assist with and complete data migrations and management of data sets as required.
* Provide support for detailed second / 3rd line operational support, investigation and analysis
of system issues.
* Liaise with users to understand the background of the issues and how they use the system to
help determine possible causes of an issue.
