was readily available at well site.* The recovered natural gas could be processed.
* The purpose of the role is to conduct feasibility studies on major addition and/or upgrades to
existing gas processing facilities. Perform evaluations required to establish and support
long-term business strategies related to gas pipeline facilities.
* Prepare Design Scoping Papers to define capital projects covering gas pipeline and valves
control substation facilities along 300 km distance Including mechanical specification and

The position was as Surface Facilities Team Leader for the CASABE Project, the main duties and
roles will be not limited as follows:
* This position's main function is to be in charge of the engineering, construction and
commissioning of engineering activities as part of the development plan of the Alliance
Casabe.
* Form a team with the group comprehensive subsurface drilling, workover and to understand the
needs and plan and perform the supporting infrastructure as locations for new wells, flow
lines, power lines, connections to the rings in production wellheads.
* Integrate production forecasting capabilities with surface facilities, stations, power lines,
artificial lift, etc.
* Review of the chemical treatment of the field, and developing a strategy for corrosion
control.
* Analyze the existing bottlenecks in capacity, process philosophy and process parameter
measurement. Assess the produced water treatment scheme of production, in order to create a
quality, in terms of injection water treatment plant.
* Optimize the handling of the gas in the field to meet the regulatory standards and
environmental commitments, and process optimization for energy self. Manager the Produced Gas
Handling, to generate power supply, including gas coming from annul space and keeping portable
compressors.
* Conduct PEER review and evaluate the projects with techniques as PDRI or FEL. Integral
responsibility on the deliverable related to the area of the Field development plan and
continuous updates as required. Define the project organization and coordination facilities
through project management resonance, making revisions and evaluating projects with techniques
like as PDRI or FEL.
* Support in terms of Engineering & Services responsibility requires the provision of technical
support in all projects execution phases from Concept of FEED to Commissioning and requires
Corrosion and Inspection Disciplines input in areas of Corrosion Control, Cathodic Protection,
Chemical Injection and Painting/Coating, monitoring specification s as well as review of
design documentation during the early phase and execution of the projects.
* Execution of Downhole production monitoring to improve gathering all the logging data coming
from (PLT, SGS, PI, RST, BUILD UP) tests, and open hole samples, etc.
* Carries out routine calibration checks and validation of the Fiscal Metering Systems,
diagnostics, minor trouble shooting of the Metering System Defects and modifications
replacement of instruments.
* Responsible Care in delivery related to the area of field development plan and ongoing updates
as needed. Manage and Audit Contracts and purchases. Plan jointly with procurement team bids,
tenders and direct negotiations
* Impose a strict care for document and information management, Meet expected schedule and
budget of project plus specific KPI.
* Enhance the production from pumping oil wells by reducing the annulus pressure. By reducing
annulus pressure with the use of The GasJack Compressor reducing bottom hole flowing pressure
allowing more reservoir products (oil, condensate, water, gas, etc) to flow into the well
bore. Therefore, Oil production is increased when the pumping unit speed or stroke length is
increased to accommodate the increased in-flow performance of the reservoir.
* Handle Project with FEA-assisted RBDA for thermal well designs to achieve a rational balance
between safety and cost; considering the structural integrity and serviceability of casing,
liner, and cement;.

Responsible for Thermal recovery processes, including Steam Assisted of water droplets over oil
in the presence of a gas phase. Gravity Drainage (SAGD) process, have been proved to be effective
methods for extra heavy oil and bitumen recovery considering in-situ upgrading potential and
economic considerations. This Project included.drill 4 pairs of SAGD and 4 pairs of VIHP, with
Same size of the New CLUSTER that exist in the field, but will have 12 well heads: 8 SAGD (4
producers and 4 injectors), 4 VIHP. One separator done for: casing gas and test and production.
(1) 25 mmbtu steam generator and (1) gas compressor and responsible for all aspects of thermal
production engineering and recovery.Main duties are not limited to.
* Production engineering input, direction, and assessment/evaluation on existing oil sands
assets. Identify and coordinate technical production engineering data gathering & mechanical,
electrical, instrumentation analysis and civil. Work.

* Supervise and provide direction to thermal production engineering team, Integrate key G&G,
Reservoir, and Development requirements into thermal production design and operation.
Participate in short and long range planning for all thermal properties.

* Assess production engineering, project risk, and uncertainty on capital programs. Direct the
use of downhole equipment and materials associated with thermal production. Analysis and
review of steam injection and return rates, down hole and surface temperatures and pressures
of all instrumentation during production.

* Provide directives to Operations on rate, pressure, temperature targets to optimize the
performance of wells. Review the well test data and verification of the validity of the data.

* Assist in troubleshooting issues with instrumentation in production, source water, observation

ORIFUELS SINOVENSA (Joint Venture PDVSA/ CNPC Co) CONTRACTOR KC GROUP

This position reported to the Commissioning and Production Field Manager. The position was
responsible for the development of procedures, temporary piping list, valve list, work list
development, hydro test plans, startup procedures, cleanup procedures for wells, bids preparation
and Budget estimation for the new facilities to be started up in order to produce 150,000 BOPD
with API gravity of 9 ° diluted with naphtha of 32 ° API. The responsibilities of this position
include but are not limited to the following:

* Prepare of the engineering documentation submitted to FEED Contractor and following up
construction progress according to the master schedule. For Clusters Area ( 12 Clusters by 12
wells), Flow Station 150,000 BOPD, Long distance pipeline, Diluents systems and tie-in
interconnection with others existing facilities ,and DD Plant for Des-hydration and De-salters
of diluted heavy oil, and tank farm for strorage and then to be pumped to Downstream
facilities by transfer line for further treatment

* Evaluates and approves all Surface facility equipment requirement, in terms of mechanical,
electrical, instrumentation facilities and civil work..

* Conduct planned inspection for all facilities on timely manner and identifies improvement
opportunities. Prepare all technical documentation to be submitted to Government agency to
certification hydro testing and hydraulic test for vessels, tanks, long distance pipelines,
and Trunk/lines.

* Prepare Master Schedule for the full Integration within project for the phases of
Commissioning, Pre-operation and final Hand over to Operation.

* Manages all production process and training requirements of direct reports.

* Prepare documentation for Invitation to tenders (ITT), bids evaluation and complex proposals
for engineering services, including job site training by vendors.
* Prepare technical specifications for services, evaluates bids, and raises POs / Work orders as
required for the main pre-operation and commissioning activities.

* Prepare Maintenance Strategy including :scope of work, manpower estimation, job descriptions,
list of main maintenance activities, list of tools, list of spare parts for commissioning and
two years of operation, cataloging of item to be loaded in the (Maximo) CMMS software system
to support all activities.

* Prepare the commissioning for starting up the well testing at Well Pads using conventional
mobile test unit and multiphase flow meters as per the scope of work for producing the first
barrel of oil in the development phase of the project.

* Ensure efficient operations of oil / Gas gathering and processing facilities. Monitor and
ensure crude oil exports to company are within specs. Review daily Production Reports and
ensure they are complete and accurate.

* Participate in developing the commissioning, startup, normal operating procedures for all
assigned process units to be started.

* Coordinate the infilling volumes of Crude oil and diluents for the pipeline, trunk lines and
vessels for a normal starting up of the new facilities.

* Audit commissioning and pre-operation procedures compliance with Company Safety Instructions.

* Review, update and develop competence profiles from the position descriptions, to be used as
the primary tool to verify and master the know-how of all participants throughout the training

This position reported to the Project Manager. The position was responsible for preparation of
engineering specifications to be submitted to Engineering contractor to develop the detailed
engineering for Corocoro Project. The project scope of work was the construction offshore at
Shallow water of Wellhead Pad Floating for Drilling, Floating Production Platform, and FSO for
Off-taking and Storage. The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the

* Reviewe and incorporate changes in the original scope of work based on the operatibility and
operation concerns, through Management of Change.
