Key responsibilities:
* Manage large ERP/SAP
FiCo/CD/BW/PM/CM
change/migration program (Budget
total program
€ 100 mio, responsible for € 15- € 20 mio),
(50+ FTE)- within Financial Services department;
* Roll out of SAP for multiple divisions (projects >
12,000 project hours each);
* Highly political environment;
* Develop, procedures, workflows for finance.
* Analysis and conversion of master
data to SAP
* Train the business in transformation
towards new
strategy, new procedures and
process;
* Optimizing processes;
* Project Planning, Risk Assessment,
Business Case,
PID, Project Plans and RFC;
* Manage multiple streams (Functional,
Business, IT);
* Develop and execute roadshows;
* Write business proposals based on interviews,
analysis etc.
* Workshop facilitation as well as
Kaizens;
* Stakeholder management with Operations, ICT,
Divisions from Achmea (Matrix
organization);
* Report to Program Director and COO of SSC.
Results:
* Decreased workload with 30%;
* Reduced staff with 40%;
* Created insight in workload, project capacity;
* Deliver on time and within budget multiple projects within division Health, Pension & Life,
Insurance;
* Bringing back on track several projects (as replacement of other project managers);
* Promoted into the Program Management Team.
