* Active role in setting the employer branding strategy, in concert with Recruitment team
and key stakeholders, designs and implements the agreed initiatives;
* Conducts research and identifies new employer branding opportunities and new project
ideas;
* Plans and coordinates recruiting, employer branding and internal events (design,
budget,
* coordination, follow-up, reporting) such as job fairs, internships, open days, career
events, workshops, team events;
* Designs and implements marketing activities and campaigns (e.g. outdoor campaigns,
web and social media campaigns);
* Designs and coordinates the communication of the employer branding campaigns (write
content for recruiting events, design creative concepts for job ads, either for online and
offline channels);
* Creates and maintains strategic partnerships with internal key stakeholders,
universities, student associations, and different external providers to generate constant
awareness on BearingPoint employer brand and help position the company as an
employer of choice.
