Role & Responsibilities:
* Interacting with the client's business and IT Teams to gather, define, clarify and refine requirements; guided
the architecture and design of applications
* Facilitating technical discussion/meeting with development team for overall understanding of project and
understanding & mapping the business process/requirements & documenting the Business
Requirements/concern(s) and pain areas
* Writing and reviewing customer solution documents; identifying gaps in products and prioritized the product
backlogs; analyzing customer business processes and requirements
* Supervising the design and creation of functional specifications and test plans for use by the team
* Analyzing the user needs and software requirements for determining feasibility of design within time and
cost constraints; consulting with customers/clients about software system design and maintenance
* Identifying defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in software program functions,
outputs, online screens, and content for the betterment of the development process
* Interacting with team members for ensuring smooth progress of project work; ensuring adherence to quality
norms throughout the implementation process
