Artist

I have recently graduated at “Petru Rares” National College and my study profile was Mathematics – Informatics bilingual German. I am now a student at the Faculty of Letters, “Babes-Bolyai“ University, my study profile being Modern Applied Languages English-German. When it comes to describing myself, traits such as optimistic, talkative, dedicated define the essence of my personality best. I would also like to emphasise my strong need for creation, newness and anything related to art in general.

Ever since I was a child, my passion regarding painting and writing had brought me in wonderful situations, such as having the chance to illustrate a children’s book called “Care e faza cu cititul?” by having won a national painting competition.

Later on, my creative ideas sparked the interest of my school’s theatre crew “The Knockers”, which led me in earning voluntary work by participating in their design department.
Furthermore, I designed badges and posters ideas for the annual theatre festival for teenagers “Magicfest”, with the help of a few programs, including Photoshop. By this means, I discovered new passions, digital painting and marketing that had substantially helped me in enlarging my creative horizons. Moreover, in order to perfect my digital media skills, I followed an online Photoshop course on Udemy. In addition to this, I also developed my social and teamwork skills by participating in an one-week Erasmus programme with people from Germany, Italy and Finland, the latter bringing me the greatest improvements to my communication skills. Besides, being a member of a music band, called “Pieces”, as a vocalist, contributed in increasing my confidence in front of a crowd, whilst helping me in my path of becoming an artist by winning several music competitions.

I also managed to involve myself in tiny but substantial creative projects: I tattooed some of my own designs on friends and family, using a tattoo machine or henna cones.
