* Handled different kinds of SR's & MR's (Maintenance Request) based on various SLA's.
* Service tickets are handled in a timely fashion and provided an appropriate solution to the
client.
* Involved in Change Requests (CR's) for further enhancement to the business processes.
* Involved in the configuration of wage types by creating wage type catalogs and setting up
wage type characteristics, Pay Scale grades for different employee groups based on the
business requirements. Created a new symbolic account and assigned it to the existing G/L
account & new G/L account based on client requirements.
* Configured different bespoke relationship for business process in OM and worked in OCR
(Organisational Change Requests) workflows.
* Created various org structures to solve different workflow related issues with ESS, MSS,
Deputy Manager, and Director assistant Role.
* Worked in ECR's (Employee Change Requests) and its workflows. ESS and MSS portal's for
testing different scenarios.
* Liaised with different teams like the portal, technical and Security team to solve workflow &
user authorization related issues.
* Created new company code as an enhancement(CR) in which configured all the basic
configuration like Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group, Employee Subgroup,
absence grouping, attendance grouping, Work Schedule grouping, absence quotas, attendance
quotas, one complete cycle of Time evaluation and one full cycle of payroll(including
posting) for the new company code.
* Involved in development (MR & CR) of two different reports with the technical team to report
"employee who has assigned more than one position (Multiple Assignments report)" and "IT0077
* Ethnicity and Disability details field made mandatory (Ethnicity and Disability Report)".
The employees who have IT0077 as "unknown or blank or no IT0077 maintained" are reported and
a mail generated to the ESS or corresponding MSS as notification to update Ethnicity details.
* Involved in a new development (CR) for OCR (Organisational Change Request) forms to make
certain fields mandatory, value for few fields should be populated from the custom table,
form designs, etc. with the technical team. Have undergone high-level Unit testing,
Regression testing in different SAP landscapes.
* Involved in a new development (CR) of a program which fetches Branch ID details from the
custom table based on organizational hierarchy (Building details maintained at the position
and org unit level) for absence types Union Leave Paid and Unpaid with technical team. Have
undergone high-level Unit testing, Regression testing in different SAP landscapes.
* During LCP (Legal Change Patching), involved in the testing of ECR's and OCRs for various
scenarios in different SAP landscapes (D, Q, P-Clone, V, C systems).
* Worked with the technical team to resolve issues related to interfaces like Uniform & Sirius
(Pension provider) through which we used to send the file to the third-party vendors.
* Based on Attendance types solved overtime related issues in Time Management (-ve).
* Configured LSMW's for the bulk upload of data into custom tables & infotypes.
* Configured various evaluation class to make wage types printed on the respective window of
the payslip (Payments, Deductions, Net).
* Undergone Introduction to Success Factors (SF) & S/4HANA in a nutshell training in the online
portal like openSAP and internal portal iLearn from HCL.
