Adept at Business & IT consulting, I have designed and led a change management project during 4 years to allow the nearshoring of the Credit Risk department of the BNP Paribas Group (40 BAs & 70 Users). Thus delivering 40% savings on operational costs as a whole. I also have “dug up” and formalised all the As-Is and To-Be requirements of the 25 years old treasury management processes & system of AXA Belgium for an RFP process. I have set the integration project on track and, in 9 months, averted a critical operational risk. Moreover I’ve played key roles in various co-creation initiatives: 2 Pilot testing projects, 2 MVP prototyping and 1 Hackathon involving front, middle and back office systems in waterfall and agile within multicultural environments.
