The migration required extensive, detailed analysis and understanding of all HR processes, systems and data sources.

Streamlined the compensation process through the development of effective MIS systems, using VBA, SQL, MS Access, MS Excel, Crystal Reports and PeopleSoft .

Established complex year-end compensation systems reports - sourcing data from European personnel systems, from head office in New York and from market data companies.

Analysed the data and calculation of year-end bonuses and tax-efficient ways for paying those
bonuses.
