Project Description:
IAM team handles all the access related part of Schneider Electric Employees/contractors/acquired
vendors.
It includes 39 applications of the organization and perform access management for the applications.
It ensures all the resources in the organization should be compline as per Business rule.
Responsibilities include:
* Working in Sailpoint application testing and support.
* Do application post implementation user testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
* Work on new enhancement to Sailpoint and do the testing & Provide support.
* Launch new certification for the organization related connected or dis-connected application.
* Work on requirement gathering, create certification related rules or templates
* Launch the certificate and support throughout the lifecycle
* Work on the certification related reports
* configure the application as per client requirements
* create customized business process according to need
* As per organization requirement, work on the new projects which makes sure of organization
compliance
* Work on the project Testing and support throughout the period
* Do Security Review on all the applications, create SOP on the review
* Manage everything related to the application in case of any security or compliance compromise
* Do the Sailpoint and IQService Patch Update from one Patch to another, test all the scenarios
post patch
* Work on existing code analysis as per the Application team requirement
* Troubleshoot the issue or error during Sailpoint Task, workflow or any broken process
* In case of any requirement, guide user on their issue
* Help HR or Manager during the issue of user on-boarding/off-boarding

Project Description:
IMO team handles all the access related part of Black Knight Financial Services Employees.
It includes 47 domains of the organization and perform access management for AD or RACF
users/accounts provided. It ensures all the resources in the organization should be compline as per
Business rule.
Responsibilities include:
* Working in Sailpoint application implementation and testing
* Configure applications to Sailpoint and integrate.
* Requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
* Working on application post implementation for user testing, debugging, support, and
maintenance.
* We are following SDLC waterfall model for our testing purpose.
* Work on Access Certification.
* Launch new certification for the organization
* configure the application as per client requirements
* create customized business process according to need
* In my day to day activity we create test cases on basis of the test scenario
* Execute test cases and create the report
* Try to find out any bug related to the test
* Involve team to resolve the bug so that test case can be executed successfully
* Launch access review certification in UAT and verify all the steps working fine and resolve
any kind of hurdle
* Test new applications to be integrated in prod and provide the test case to the team for prod
deployment
* Testing on AD Manager Plus for all the domains activity which will prevent any future
hindrance in Sailpoint
* Working on code debug in UAT level, import the code to UAT
* As part of Sailpoint admin I monitor or execute or schedule tasks in Prod
* Debug/resolve any code related to the task executer or any Application level issue
* Working on AD access provisioning and de-provisioning.
* Produce schema designs and operational plans to enforce and maintain identity management
workflows.
* Troubleshooting and resolving access management and provisioning workflow errors.
* Working with different application managers and auditing the various kinds of certification
processes in place.
* Administer identity and security access globally for human and functional account's access
across multiple systems and applications. This includes on-boarding/off-boarding,
incident/problem management associated with access entitlements and terminations
