TECH DELIVERY MANAGER, PROGRAM MANAGER TECH, PROJECT MANAGER TECH

* Manager in Web, iOS and Android Platforms at Santander - Open Bank and Disney Parks and
Resorts holdings, I managed more than 120 people in distributed locations. My responsibility
was to establish and maintain the overall projects delivery-schedule, strategic decisions,
client commitments, team activities all under agile methodologies. Besides of budget mgmt,
customer relationships, project tech activities coordination, forecasting revenue and costs. I
managed multi-projects contacting directly with client Directors and collaborated with other
Tech Managers for projects success. In charge of 120 people that are divided in different
distributed scrum teams around the world.
* Involved in the end to end solution for the Openbank | Online Bank of Santander Group at
Madrid, in where my focus was the main banking functionalities.
* Also involved in a new augmented reality and gaming platform. Different technologies and
frameworks, all for supporting mobile apps and games.

* Involved as PM in the Cloud Services Platform Program at ASDC (Argentina Software Development
Center) for Intel. My responsibility as PM was to establish and maintain the overall projects
schedule, team activities management under agile methodologies, budget for external vendors,
Customer relationships, US located, project activities coordination. I managed the projects in
order to let them be scheduled and developed for quality in the Customer Relationship area.
Technologies used in the last 4 projects (Scala Language on play framework, map reduce
programming model over hadoop, cloudera platform for big data analysis, Mongo DB, python,
Countly for Analytics, .net framework 4.5, SOAE). Working under agile I played the role of
Scrum Master and I achieved the certification twice in last 2 years.

* Involved as PM in Data Services & Business Intelligence area for different Data services
applications working as tech coordinator and administrator of distributed resources and teams.
My responsibility as PM was to establish and maintain the overall project plans, processes and
procedures, monitoring progress, capacity and maintaining a picture of the status of the
initiative, including aspects of risk, quality, and issues. I provided leadership in mentoring
and scheduling tasks.
* Managed QA plans and led these activities from a coaching point of view, for large scale
projects. Facilitating defects tracking through regular processes and working towards the
success of the development life cycle.
* Provided senior managerial mentoring to partners with the same role from US and at enterprise
level.
