This tool is used to manage the Jobs. Based on Jobs Catalog concept, it simplifies and
automates job creation / modification or deletion requests. It allows to be aligned with
the Job naming conversion and standard Job scheduling.
Main functionalities of the solution:
- Manage requests to create new jobs, update or delete an existing Jobs
- Manage the Job Catalog: Creation/update & deletion new Job catalog
- Compare the existing Scheduled Jobs with the Job catalog
- Send notification to approvals when new Job request is created
- Send notification to SAP admins to create the requested approved job requests

? Faurecia ASN Monitoring tool (Duration: 6 Months)
Ensuring that ASNs (Advanced ship notice) are sent on time is the main goal of this
tool. It allows to follow the status of the ASNs in real time and to alert in case of delay to
avoid the customer's penalties. This tool is developed with a GUI & Fiori interface.
The main functionalities of this tool are:
- Track ASN creation at the post good issue in the shipment process
- Track ASN status sent to PI and BIS6 tools
- Track ASN acknowledgment
- Send Alerts for delayed ASN
- Report to display all generated ASNs

New module developed in SAP to calculate the new Item Safety Stock based on
predefined rules considering the current stock quantities, average consumption and
some other inputs to avoid the extra or penury of stocks.
The main functionalities of this tool:
- Plant, Vendor and Part Setups: Maintain all needed setups
- Plant, Vendor and Part Statistics: Calculate the Material Average
consumption, average deliveries by week....
- JNI Calculation & Reporting: calculate the new safety Stock based on
Faurecia rules and update the Material Master data

A new module developed to schedule the Inventory of products in the storage location
based on new Inventory Calendar.

- Automatic Scheduling product inventory based on the working days in the
inventory calendar and "ABC" Material Class
- Consult & Update the proposed Inventory dates proposed by the system
- Create Inventory document based on the new proposed date in the
transaction MI21

As part of its alignment with SAP developments, Faurecia decided to replace SAP SRM
with ARIBA. To align ARIBA with existing processes, we developed some new
enhancements and enrich some data sent/received to/from ARIBA.
The main development realized in the projects are related to:
- Enrich purchase requisition data sent to ARIBA
- Enrich the vendor and material data sent to ARIBA
- Adapt the process of imported PR to PDP flow in Faurecia
- Checks of PR creation

Faurecia integrated the new SAP application: "Integrated Business Planning".
The aim of this application is to fulfill future demand profitably with real-time supply
chain management. As part of integration team, we developed new interfaces with IBP
tool to send all required data to this tool to calculated the good needs.

The creation of the Material Master Data needs to involve many users in

determine & alert all involved people to setup the Material data in MM02 transaction.

Material classification
- Sending alerts when Material setup is not done in time
