& senior management.

Phase II - Learning Management System (LMS) and Succession and Career Development
* Configured domain, iContent, learning classifications and system administrations
* Coach, train and review the work of other team members and head all end-to-end operations to
ensure all domain admins activities
* Designed strategy for content building and Change Management for 2500+ users
* Lead LMS admin trainings and supervised all project milestones like UAT and Train the Trainers
Phase I - Implementation and SuccessFactors Administration for 1) Foundation 2) Recruiting 3)

* Solely responsible for all modification and configuration as a post go-live support that include
but not limited to: creation or amendment in Route Map, Templates, and Role-Based-Permission, rating

for enhancements, and share to-be processes.
