Currently I am working as a 2nd LA Engineer (Ericsson Charging System). Below are my roles and responsibility along with my techinacl competency.

- Responsible for the management of the Operations Assurance for Ericsson Charging System.
- Resolution of Operation level queries and trouble tickets logged by different sources within defined SLA for Charging System.
- Handling RA issues and troubleshoot via TCPDUMP & trace analysis of Charging System network problem.
- Handling Emergency during any major incident occurred.
- Subscriber Migration in SDP for Load Balancing .
- IP Whitelisting for 3PP in AIR & F5 Load Balancer.
- Support in Geo Red creation and Switchover activities.
- Voucher Expiry extension and State change activity as per direction of central management.
- Monitor Application in Production Environment. Reviewing an analyzing the documents like MOP, Activity Plan.
- Preparation of Trackers (Hardware and CSR) on issues and performance.
- Working with Project Team for New Nodes (Charging System) with Acceptance Testing at Hardware & Application level.
- Health check and backups of IN nodes.
- Involvement in Project Activities like Upgrade of charging nodes and activation of new feature.
- Share knowledge with team members and record all issues and challenges during delivery.
- Good Understanding of GSM call flows (2G/3G/LTE).
- Extensive experience in operation support & maintenance on Ericsson Charging nodes (CS5.0 /MBC).
- Support Experience for SMSC, and SoR (Steering of Roaming).
- Knowledge of LINUX (RHEL6 & RHEL7), Shell Scripting and SQL.
- Knowledge of LTE practices in Roaming, LTE Attach/Combined Attach, LTE Call flows, CSFB MO/MT, CSFB SMS.
- Knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, Diameter, MAP, SMPP, CAMEL, PCRF, OCS.
- Good Understanding of Diameter online charging interface like Gy,Gx,Sy,Esy,Gz.
- Expertise on diameter application testing for policy and charging functionalities of (Ericsson CS5.0/MBC, PCRF).
- Knowledge of F5 Load Balancer.
