Permanent tracking and verification of all migration activities according to: migration plan and general project milestones
Organization of weekly status meetings
Permanent update of activities with migration responsible
Responsible for compliance of data migration to QM-IT documentation and data acceptance procedures
Creation of statistic sheets for every migration objects
(quantities, error handling)
Validation of data migration (IT and business responsible) by data migration test reports
Migration documentation according to general QM-IT rules (file structure for documents, development guidelines, Functional and technical specification of development tools
