Project: Caverion is truly European company design, builds, operates and Maintain energy -efficient solutions for buildings, Industries and Infrastructure in Northern, Central and Eastern Europe. As a Lead Consultant supporting HCM on premise application support on Time Management/CATS, Travel Management, PA, OM, Personnel Cost Planning (PCP) and Payroll (Germany)
Responsibilities:
• Integral Lead resource and individual member in Support and roll-out project, in the area of SAP HCM
• Experience of Client handling specifically to DACH (Deutschland, Austria & Switzerland) and Nordics (Norway, Finland, Sweden and Denmark) , Baltics Region (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia)
• Involved deeply with diverse aspects of integration of HR with other functional modules like FI, HR-Authorization(Structural Authorizations, user Assignments and profile Parameters) and CS Multi-tasking successfully, in sync with multiple teams
• Utilizing past knowledge and experience of Business Processes from various domains and verticals, consulting the client with best business practices and mapping those business requirements to SAP functions
• Ensuring all Business Processes, Functional specification, Technical specifications, Test scripts and Training documentation are created and up to date
• Experience in Normal Change(NC) on new development activities
• Works with the Service Desk, SuccessFactors, HR and Shared Service Centre teams to facilitate incident, problem resolution
• Extending post-implementation support experience
• Weekly and Monthly review meetings with Client and other service level teams to adhere business process are up to date.
• Leading with onshore team in Germany & offshore team to review the HR process
• Coordinated with client’s Sol Architect in gathering new requirements and business process updates.
