and hard work, I delivered many criঞcal projects in current and past Org. Few
good points are that when I work as team player, I proacঞvely ask to the team
for any impediments in their work and I removed it to flawless and on ঞme
delivery work.
When I work as individual contributor, I finish the assigned task in a very
opঞmize way. Even I get the soluঞon early for any problem but found costly, I
start looking for alternaঞve opঞmize soluঞon.
I moঞve and coach the juniors and always learn from surroundings.
