Description: AESG is a multi-tenant private cloud platform, build for Australian government agencies to deliver customized processes in Procurement, Finance, HR-Payroll domain. My responsibility in AESG was to manage the delivery of more than 300+ RICEFWs with team of 20 ABAP developers. This included estimation, resource planning and schedule of delivery. I was also directly involved with hands on with very complex RICEFWs like workflow enhancements for flexible workflows in S/4 HANA

Description: This was an onboarding of government agency to the AESG private cloud on SAP Platform. My role and responsibility as Development Lead included the RICEFW requirement gathering, drafting and reviewing of technical specification document, managing team of 6 developers, estimation & planning, deployment to the production environment. As a development Lead I was responsible for producing and presenting the weekly report to the top management team.

Description: BMA is one of the largest coal mine in Australia which recently went live SAP program which include inventory management, Procurement and plant maintenance module. I was asked to join the team on emergency to resolve the critical post go-live issue which may have jeopardize the go-live. My role was find the solution for the critical issues in inventory management and MRP runs, develop the solution, coordinate with deployment team to deploy the solution.

Description: Target is one of largest retail chain in Australia which recently went live with their ECC 6.0 solutions. As part of the add on to the solution they had decided to go with ARIBA for the Procurement Upstream processes. My responsibility was to gather the requirement for interfacing the ARIBA upstream solution to ECC. Also included the build and test of all interfaces for PI as a middleware solution. I had 4 team members reporting to him for this project.

Module: Brisbane City Council is the largest council in the southern hemisphere which was going through the transformation for their business and system processes. My role during this was to lead the procurement team and act as a Sr ABAP developer. These roles included the activities like conducting business workshop, Fit – Gap analysis, RICEFW requirement gathering, implementation of complex RICEFWs, testing, functional and technical design document drafting.

Description: Adani Enterprise is one of fastest growing multinational company in India. As part of their system transformation they decided to implement SAP solution across the organisation. My role for this project was to look after the procurement module and its processes including the custom development. In procurement team there were 5 team members who were reporting to me. The activities included conducting workshops, Identify gap and gather requirements for RICEFWs, draft techno-functional specification, assist team in developing the RICEFWs, Deployment of RICEFWs in the production environment.

Description: Gail Energy is one of biggest oil and gas company in India which is currently running SAP R/3 as their ERP solution. Gail uses SAP SRM extensively for tendering and reverse auction processes. My role for the project to enhance their bidding solution to ensure supplier bids are encrypted using public – private key combination while storing in the database. This ensures that there is no unauthorized access to the data.
