I worked in a BPO industry for 8 years on  different accounts, where I learned how to do  multitasking. The first Job that I ever had was way back 2006,  at the early age of 17, the company was Synnex-Concentrix, formerly Link2support w/c happens to be the very first call center here in our place that time. my sisters encouraged me to work with them when I decided to stop studying due to financial instability.  I was then opened to the world of a very stressful environment  due to performance expectations, overwhelming job demands, evaluations etc, so I learned how to do customer service,  troubleshooting Linksys by Cisco products and sales on one particular phone  call, and that's because it was what we have to do to  get all the metrics done. I was able to master  how to communicate with customers in a way that I  ended up most of my calls with satisfied and  happy ones… That's where I got promoted from product support representative to product support specialist. When I got pregnant with my 1st baby, I decided to stop working and focus with my baby, .after a few years, I applied to another multinational company, where I was positioned in a general and  billing department of a UK account, and patience is a must, since its more on money  related issues, I became an expert on how to  balance my emotions and able to get the  customer's trust in the end. But I left the  industry after almost 4years and focus with online jobs specializing  in VA/lead generation, since I wanted to  experience a different way of using my skills in  a not so hassle way and since I'm working from home to be able to help  clients on the work they need me to do. I can  speak and write English very well, with the help of my previous call center experiences and also since it's my  2nd language, I find it easier to comprehend.

My long term experience as a customer service representative has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations. I have assisted different types of customers in all types of settings. So I could say, that I am a good fit for this position.
