Normally, I am fully mobile and happy to travel occasionally for the project assignment throughout Europe. Due to applicable COVID-19 restrictions, however, my current availability is 80-100% remote, working preferably in virtual mode with teams.

Client counselling requests for strategic, conceptual, and structural change initiatives are now my outstanding sweet spot.
By means of systemic work approaches, sketching from MVP to viral change initiatives throughout the organization, I enthusiastically guide and train teams and leaders to step into agile co-working & mindset.
