Engineer with good knowledge of trouble shooting which are installing and configuring SAMBA,
APACHE, SENDMAIL, FTP.
Responsible for installation, configuration, management and maintenance over Linux system.
* Remote administration of Linux server using ssh.
* Provide heroic support via email.
* Managing different files servers like nfs, ftp, and samba servers.
* Issued license code to new and existing clients.
* Supported clients with online billing and account issues.
* Managed base level IT support to consumer clients.
* Monitoring server load.
* Diagnosing user related issues and providing solutions to them.
* Responsible for adding, creating new users, groups, and setup home directories and appropriate
access.
* Mitigate DDOS attacks using software's and hardware levels.
* Hands on experience on tuning, administration and load balancing on web/application servers.
* Teaming up with the clients/vendors to provide 24/7 technical support.
* Strong verbal, written communication skills and good with Visio for infrastructure.
