Transformation (Charging, Billing, Catalogue/Order, Inventory Management...)
* Proposed, Sold and developed Transformation programs
* Worked in close alignment with global business unites and Local Customer sales & Delivery
teams and proactively contributed to ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining positive
relationships with C-levels, either on an ongoing basis or in projects basis
* Helped Ericsson to move from being perceived as a just Telco provider to a real long term
partner by also extending the relationship to other departments (CMO, CFO, CSO,..) in addition
to the CTO Organization
* Established a Governance Model and PMO between Ericsson and Operators and made our
relation a more business and strategic driven one than simple project based relation
* Proactively contributed in defining products and service solutions
* Proactively participated in driving improvement of project delivery
