Manpower - Permanent is 256 and On Project sites is contractual and as per requirement (Present
over 500).
Ensuring Zero Delays in Projects.
Purchase Major equipment for Projects,
Import of all Major Project requirement
Monitoring and Controlling Technical Requirements of Shop-floor and Projects.
Co-ordinating with Norwegian counterpart for Turbine Manufacturing
Prepare annually a rolling longterm plan
Continuous Improvement Programs and Cost Reduction
Business generation and Expansion Technical Reviews of Contracts,
Manufacturing Hydro Turbines, Hydro Electric Plant Equipment's
