During my 21 year career I have gained experience in IT networking technologies with vendors like Cisco. I've held various roles such as Pre-Sales Engineer, Consultant, Network Engineer and a few others before i migrated towards the business side where I am now a Product Manager. I belive that having the framework to manage products from end-to-end is important and that the product itself can be taught. I have been a B2B Product Manager launching an end-to-end managed Device Service for a global company, began setting up a Product department in an organisation and managed a SaaS AI-Driven product. 

I'm looking for intersting project to work on and grow my knowledge but also share what I have learned over my 21 year career and take my clients on a journey to discover what they are capable of and how we can achieve it together.

    objective to implement a new product focused way of working that includes a newly developed Product
    function and optimization of in-life products.

  • I was responsible for the "cradle-to-grave" development of my B2B product known as Device Lifecycle
    Management (DLM) in the USA after successfully launching in the UK. This product was based on
    physical stock, logistics and warehousing and financial leasing.
    I developed the vision, strategy, and performance metrics for my product as part of the Mobility
    portfolio in Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE).
    I was accountable for providing thought leadership and developing strong global Multinational
    Corporate (MNC) market insights that shape the portfolio, delivering new capabilities to VGE.
    As an experienced global stakeholder manager, I orchestrated communication, ways of working and
    problem solving between multiple internal and external global parties throughout the define, design
    and implementation of a global product as well as concluding contract signatures with all 3rd Party
    vendors.
    Main responsibilities included:
    * Define the strategy and roadmap for my product.
    * Customer requirements gathering.
    * Lead a global cross-functional Agile team ensuring alignment with new Agile methodologies like
    Lean Portfolio Management and retiring Waterfall documentation and methodologies.
    * Adherence to SCRUM and updates in JIRA
    * Work with Marketing team to gather customer insight, competitor analysis, and work with
    industry analysts to build GTM strategy.
    * Commercial performance such as monthly revenue and growth reporting including OPEX and CAPEX
    spend.

TIME AND SPATIAL FLEXIBILITY
London based works well for me however, I don't mind some travel, no more than 50 miles away (or 1 hour by car) some days, with some notice. 
Happy to work remotely with some days in the office when things return to normal.
