* Onsite Solution Architect: Acting as an onsite Integrated Customer
Management Consultant for a fully integrated CRM-Ordering-Billing-
Provisioning system for the AMDOCS CES 7.5 and 5.5 suite
* Provide Solution Architecture and Roadmap, Design oversight, guidance and
Change Management for the program
* To ensure end-to-end integrity of the solution in line with customer's business
needs.
* Compliance assurance of solution deliverables[High Level Design and
Interface Design] with the agreed architecture blueprint and principles
* Conducting feasibility and impact assessments and reviews of change
requests
* High Level Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis for all CRM and
Billing Modules involving interaction with senior business stakeholders in the
project/program
* Process mapping, GAP analysis and effort estimation for the above.
* Preparation/Review of following documents: Solution Blueprint, Roadmap,
SOW, High Level Design, Interface Design, Functional Requirement
document, Impact Assessment Document including effort estimates,
Functional Solution Document.
* Interface between Customer and the Amdocs development center which
actually develops the designed solution.
