Project : Cross country customer Automation (2013 dec- 2014 March).
Cross Country Home Services is a leading supplier of home warranties, home services plans and home
maintenance plans. Currently, all sales orders for purchase orders received from Cross Country are
entered manually by Lennox Customer Service. This projects is automation of Purchase orders, order
acknowledgement, ASN.

Task Accomplished.
ABAP task:
Created Inbound purchase orders interface using orders05 for cross country customers.
Created Order acknowledgment to triggered when sales order is created from SAP to
Cross country customers. Customization done.
856 Outbound Shipping Notice is done when post good shipment is done
EDI task
Creation of business process in SI 5.2 EDI.
XML Mapping for transaction inbound 810 with IDOC orders05 in SI(EDI)
Validation on data from 810 in SI 5.2.
SI 5.2 XML MAP is created for 856 ASN.
Project : APO Deployment: (2013 Jan - 2013 Nov)
Created a report and BDC to update the stock / non stock field in APO
periodically based on the rules outlined in the inventory policy.
Created program to mark life cycle and slow moving material in APO
Program to update safty stock from APO and update the safty stock in
ECC.
Program to delete obsolute CVCs in APO based on planning book, data
month/week periods
created report to modify the product values from CIFF.
