Leading and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption;
Coaching the Development Team(s) in self-organization and cross-functionality;
Facilitating Scrum events;
Ensure that requirements are fully analyzed, agreed upon and documented, and that project documents are accessible for easy reference;
Facilitate cooperation across projects when multiple teams are required to solve a single product;
Promote a collaborative work environment that fosters creativity and innovation;
Being a catalyst for change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team;
Helping Scrum Teams and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development;
Removing impediments to the Development Team’s progress;
Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items, and with creating these items;
Facilitating discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution between team members, product owner, and other stakeholders.
Coaching & training team members on Scrum, Agile good Practices, JIRA, effective communication, conflict resolution, SP estimation, progress matrices;
