Consultant, costumer support

I work on a supermarket in costume service, I've learned to treat people with education. My skills are: basic computer skills, im from Dominican Republic so my maternal language is spanish, I´ve done two english courses and my english is good, I´ve done a degree on education in biology area. For me, costumer service is paying attention to all the needs that a costumer may have and providing solutions to their problems. I can say that I have that cappacity. I like to help people and I have patience. I would like to find a jobthat helps me to improve my social skills. What motivates me is learning new things. Something that makes a good salesperson is charisma, patience and the need of helping others.
