Looking after 11 separate teams and coordinate between the stream leads with the Agile approach.

Previously I've been a Associate Technical Services Coordinator  of remote support for the users. Handling tickets related to applications problems:
Full Windows related troubleshooting as well as daily health checks of core infrastructure.
Work with Service Now ticketing tool.
Coordination of support team, interim of Project Manager and Team Leader.
Keeping the specific KPIs and SLAs. Creation of technical documentation and processes.
