Spektrum Trijaya ) which engaged in industrial raw material Importer and distributor : textille,
paint, rubber and glue. Total number of employees : +/- 500 employess all indonesian citizen.
Managed 10 subordinates. Succesfully transformed HR Department and helped other divisions
to achieved 200 % sales growth in 2 years
* HR Strategic
o Developed and design an ISO based HR end - to end SOP from Recruitment to
Employee Termination including details
o With Top Management, reviewed company vision, mission and values to achived
company tergets more effective & efficient
o Reviewed and updated Organizational Structure for all companies
o Designed and developed Job Description for all employees
o Conducted job evaluation and/or analysis by collected revenue generated activities
& cost generated activities (based on business process flow ) to revise job
description & KPI, using Hay Method to determine grading and leveling as
guidance.
o Expanded HR Departement structures from 1 to 10 subordinates due to group
expansion; mostly by upgraded & promoted existing admin level to staff level.
