Started from January 2021, i'm work as HR expert freelancer for local HR Consultancy company; served various kind of small to medium sized organizations, helped them to built HR Strategic & Operational matters ( Organizational Structure, SOP, Job Desc, Job Spec, KPI, Salary Structure etc ) : Furniture exporter, Mining Contractor, Fashion Design Consultant Start - Up and even various HR positions for another freelancer.
Moreover, I’m also experienced in designed, implemented, and controlled Recruitment system ( including SOP ) for non staff to General Manager level recruitment in Pharmaceutical, Construction, B2B importer & seller and Furnitur production and manufacturing company for over 12 years,
