    Responsible for development of a custom application to synthesize usage data for train stops and
    the integration with SAP BRIM for rating and billing as well as with an analytics
    platform for reporting. I lead a team of ten, coordinate many more, and am responsible
    for staffing, budgeting, project controlling, coordinating tasks, as well as interfacing
    with the customer, architects and the operations team. The system will invoice more than
    160M stops and 900 M€ in revenue.

    Responsible for development of a platform to consolidate infrastructure data, thus providing a
    basis for improvement and reporting to the board and the Federal Rail Commission. I led a
    team of seventeen, coordinated an additional thirty, and was responsible for staffing,
    budgeting, project controlling, task coordination, as well as interfacing with the
    customer, architects and the operations team.

    Responsible for on time and in budget delivery of a B2B platform for ordering and contracting rail
    traffic stops. I led a team of eleven, coordinated an additional twenty, and was
    responsible for staffing, budget forecasts, project controlling, task coordination, as
    well as interfacing with the customer and with the operations team. The annual value of
    the contracts processed is over 900 M€, the customers CFO and CIO were on the project
    steering committee I reported to.

    and support departments. I also contributed to analysis and design and had the role of
    Scrum Master for the entire project.

    As Project Manager and Senior Analyst I was responsible for conception of several strategic
    projects, among them a BSS back-office solution to fulfill orders of third party products
    and bill on their behalf as well as a transaction-based taxation software to make global
    expansion easier. These included SoW, evaluation, PoC, vendor selection and project
    planning.
    As Senior Analyst, I developed a strategic roadmap for the billing domain to meet the future
    business needs of three disparate divisions. This included determining which components
    might be replaced with COTS software and which would be developed in-house.
    As PM I led the migration of revenue-share based commissioning from the billing system to a
    central sales commissioning system and several compliance projects dealing with customer
    data, tax exemptions, and employee benefits.

    As analyst and PM for billing system integration, I was responsible for specification, test
    coordination, coordination with interfacing systems, and error analysis. In doing so I
    coordinated 10 employees, 8 order systems and 4 internal departments to implement 265
    processes (order types).
