to the changing business needs and efficiency improvements person need to understand the business

* Understanding Business requirements and closely work with Pre-sales team for different
opportunities and respond to RFPs
* Interlock calls with L4 / Application development team for business requirements and
deliveries.
* Daily Business update calls.
