Budgeting requirements are met (depend of plant requirements of preparing).
Work with operations management and BUM (Business Unit Management) to prepare a Forecast that reflect the most realistic picture of the plant / business units.
Reporting Controlling and management reporting standards are known include IFRS.
Control of the finance process on plant level.
Internal Control of plant expenses, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Sales and Distribution (Materials under consignment, Sale of Goods, Assets, and services).
