The HSBC Call Center had more than 20 cities interconnected by PABX, using CTI technology to integrated voice and data (customer information from CRM application) to attendant.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the HSBC voice network, operating more than 20 PABXs remotely.
- Implementing, Configuring and Supporting HSBC Call Center, integrating the PABXs with other application via CTI (Attendant Screens, Recorders)
- Supporting the statistics reports that was served by a SCO Unix Server with Informix database, and was generated by Crystal Reports application.
