- Extensive Domain knowledge in Finance - Derivatives space.
- Liaising with clients to understand project requirements, requirements management and stakeholder management
- Drafting project strategy, creating milestones and the final blueprint.
- Requirement gathering using requirement workshop, interview, document analysis techniques
- Conducting SWOT, GAP analysis
- Creating functional requirements, use cases, user stories and user flows and translating these into test plans
- Documenting business requirements and suggesting methods of improvement/workarounds
- Understand and document business objective, processes and provide suitable solutions in the process workflow, system functionality
- Requirements Analysis, Trace-ability Management and document control
- Documenting BRS, FRS, RFPs
- Assisting in the development of functional test plans and QA of product features
- Expertise in Quality Assurance/consultancy with an experience in Agile (Scrum) methodology
- Expertise in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Black-box testing, Smoke, Sanity, Functional, System, Regression, Integration Testing
- Guide and mentor other Business Analysts in the organization.

As a Project Manager:
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify and manage project dependencies.
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
