The purpose of this implementation was to simplify and speed the process of allocating services to customers using a wide range of performance characteristics for intervention and confirmation of orders.

All transactions take place directly related to the customer through customer service. The solution offered - customer service, may initiate processes such as reading intermediate, disconnections, repairs, etc.
Use planning function, in which an agent will be able to immediately propose a time and a day acceptable to the team working to make the service work.

Some regular services, such as replacement of meters, requiring a large number of service requests. SAP business management capabilities to allow the creation of work centers and group them according to different criteria such as geographical features.

Using simple templates, configurable to help standardize and automate customer service processes and making them easier to use for employees to create service orders.
